Erase All Data From Android

Step 1: Launch Secure Eraser on Computer

The first thing that you have to do is download and install Secure Eraser on your computer and then launch it. Then, connect your Android device to your computer with the help of a USB cable, and do remember to enable the USB debugging option on your device. To do this follow the steps given below.

For enabling USB debugging, go to Settings>About>Software Information>More. Then click on the “Build Numbers” seven times to activate developer mode. Go back to the Settings interface and tap the “Developer Options” and check the box next to “USB Debugging”.

Step 2: Select Erase All Data

Now on the main interface go to Erase All Data and then enter “Delete” on the pop up which will appear to confirm the action. After that, click on “Erase Now” to move on to the next step. 

Step 3: Start Erasing Data from Android

Now the program will automatically start deleting content from the device including photos, apps, movies and all sorts of documents. It will take a few minutes for the process to finish. The time depends on the amount of data that is in the device. If the quantity is a lot, it will take a little longer.

Step 4: Factory Data Reset

After all content on your Android device has been successfully erased, you will be asked to perform a Factory Data Reset task on your device manually. After that is done, your phone is free of all the data that it previously contained.
