BBC player is the software that allows you to view the TV and radio programs that were telecast past week of BBC. With this tool, you will be able to play the programs like including TV series, radio stations program, songs, Video etc of the past a week and see them online by streaming.
The BBC Player is quite flexible in the following ways:
- You can download and stream the HD programs on your computer
- You can even access these programs from your mobile device
At the same time, there are certain restrictions that this program has imposed. The programs that are downloaded from the BBC player will not be compatible with other media players. The program will be automatically deleted from your computer after 30 days of download. The iPlayer programs can be watched for up to 7 days since the first time you watched it. The reason for this is because as per regulations, these programs are protected by DRM (Digital Rights Management).
Luckily, there is a way to remove this DRM protection from the iPlayer and make them available permanently without any restrictions. You can also transfer these media files to your music devices such as iPod, PSP, Zen, Walkman etc and watch them later. You can also burn them to a DVD and make it more portable to use. All these are possible using iPlayer ripper software.
In order to copy the programs to portable devices such as MP4 Players or mobile device, you will have to remove the DRM protection and then convert the files to MP4 format.
